San Shi Part 2

Tai Chi embodies "meditation in motion," masterfully balancing yin and yang—opposing forces in complementary union. Evolving from ancient martial lineages, it precisely cultivates vitality and composure, in this move the shoulders rolling back to alleviate cervical tension and mobilize the scapulae ( the area around the neck and shoulders); arms extending for articular range, wrists circling to reinforce ligamentous integrity, creating joint fluidity in the upper body —all orchestrated in this move for nervous system coherence and embodied refinement of Tai chi.
